Terms of
Service.

These terms form an agreement between you and NanoWorkers B.V., a company established in the Netherlands, which operates NanoDashboard. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

If you accept these terms for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so, and “you” then means that organisation.

NanoDashboard lets you connect data sources, build dashboards from them, and publish those dashboards to the people you choose. What is available to you depends on the plan your organisation is on.

You need an account to use NanoDashboard. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, and for everything that happens under your account.

Where your organisation has administrators, they can invite and remove users, set roles and permissions, and access the dashboards and data held in the organisation. Tell us at support@nanoworkers.ai if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You agree to use NanoDashboard lawfully. You must not:

• Connect data or upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Use the service to store or distribute unlawful or harmful material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other customers’ data, or the systems behind it.
• Interfere with the operation of the service, circumvent plan limits, or place an unreasonable load on it.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties except as your plan allows.

Your data stays yours. You keep all rights in the content you upload, the data you import and the dashboards you build. We claim no ownership of it.

You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process and display that data so we can run the service for you — for example, importing tables you select, rendering your dashboards, and showing them to the people you give access to.

You are responsible for having the right to use the data you bring in, and for meeting any obligations you have to the people it relates to. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

NanoDashboard connects to third-party systems such as Google Sheets, Salesforce and SQL databases. Those services are operated by others, under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them, for their availability, or for what they do with data you hold there.

You are responsible for the credentials and authorisations you give us, for having the right to connect the systems you connect, and for keeping those credentials current. You can disconnect an integration at any time from within the product.

Google integrations. Where you connect Google Sheets or Google Drive, you also agree to Google’s applicable terms. We request only the permissions the connector needs, access only the files you select, and use the data solely to provide the features you have asked for. Our handling of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and is described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are sold on a subscription basis. The price, billing period and what the plan includes are shown on our pricing page or in the order you place, and apply as presented to you at the time you subscribe.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Fees are exclusive of VAT and other taxes unless stated otherwise.

Plans carry usage allowances. Where you exceed them, the additional usage is charged as set out in the plan. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until the balance is settled.

You can change plans from within your account; a change takes effect as described at the time you make it. We may change our prices, and will give notice before a change applies to your next renewal.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded.

NanoDashboard, including its software, design and branding, belongs to NanoWorkers B.V. and its licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service while your subscription is active; they transfer no ownership. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from the service except where the law permits it.

We work to keep NanoDashboard available and reliable, but we do not commit to a particular level of uptime unless we have separately agreed one with you in writing. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, by faults, or by problems at providers we depend on.

We may add, change or remove features as the product develops. Where a change materially reduces what your plan provides, we will give reasonable notice.

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if your account is used unlawfully or in a way that threatens the security or stability of the service, or if fees remain unpaid. Where circumstances allow, we will warn you first and give you the chance to put it right.

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time.

After an account ends, data may be held for a limited period before deletion so it can be restored if the account was closed in error, and some records are kept longer where the law requires. This is set out in our Privacy Policy. If you need an export of your data, ask us before you close the account.

NanoDashboard is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the results you draw from your data will be accurate — the data comes from systems you control and connect.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law, including liability for intent or deliberate recklessness.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. If a change is material, we will give account holders notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use NanoDashboard after that means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence are not affected.
